Load paths matter more than welding on this work. We plan propping, cutting sequence and reinstatement so the building is never left relying on the section being repaired.
Coded welding on site
Structural welds are made by coded welders using controlled procedures and consumables, with weld records and visual inspection provided on completion.
Refurbishment and change of use
Much of our London structural work sits inside live refurbishments — new openings, mezzanines, plant support and infill steel added to buildings that are still occupied.
